Kerem Suer designs systematic methods to help humans interact with machines.
Before moving to the Bay Area in 2006, Kerem has lived in a number of places including Istanbul, where his curious foundation was laid. Sulphur, Oklahoma— where he graduated high school. Maryville, Missouri— where he received his Bachelor's degree. Kerem studied Interactive Digital Media, an interdisciplinary degree with an integrated curriculum from the departments of computer science, mass communication and art. After experimenting with computer science, photography and print, Kerem steered his efforts and time towards interaction design in 2002. After moving to the Bay Area in 2006, Istanbul born designer began his career with humble projects at iWin, a social gaming company. After his departure from iWin, Kerem Suer started working at Fitbit, an innovative San Francisco start-up in it's early days, creating and defining a visual language, forming interaction design patterns across web, mobile , desktop and sensor-based hardware devices. In 2011, he left Fitbit to start his small design studio where he worked with great teams such as MyFitnessPal, HealthTab, Lovely, Pinterest, Dropbox, and One Kings Lane. Over the last 2 years, Kerem has been working with Lovely redefining apartment search. He had led the design efforts designing an iOS app from inception, and was a core part of the team redesigning the web platform. Lovely recently got acquired by Rentpath for $13mm.
San Francisco based designer recently joined the Omada Health team to help rethink healthcare delivery. He's currently responsible helping design a system that consists of web interfaces for participants and health coaches, mobile applications, email communications flows, and phase kits.
